Dark patinated baking sheets received a second life as a wall décor and lamp shades. The traditional atmosphere is omnipresent thanks to oven-shaped furniture and natural wood mixed with little enamel white tilling. The counter and lighting are finished with meticulously selected wooden planks that may link to traditional oven fuel.
The meeting with the centenarian story of this family’s craftsmanship was a huge inspiration in designing the new interior. The aroma of fresh bread, huge ovens, and old worn-out baking sheets made it clear to the architects that the fusion of tradition and modern design in the answer.
