The new space brings together the teams of Index Food, Vininova, and other brands within the MJG Group under one roof.
It is the first shared office for all the Group’s companies—designed not only as a workplace but as a hub for relationships, inspiration, and everyday collaboration.
“The office at Wujka 9 in Poznań is a place where different talents, skills, and personalities come together. As a family, we understand how important it is to build relationships, listen to one another, and create something together. This philosophy has guided us for years and now defines our identity more than ever,”- says Joanna Grzemska, CEO of MJG Group.
Italian inspiration, Polish context
The interiors of the new headquarters were created from a deep affection for Italian culture—a passion that has accompanied the Gruszka family for years and permeates all of their business ventures. Italy, its aesthetics, lifestyle, and philosophy of hospitality, became the main point of reference for this project.
“When looking for inspiration, we wanted to capture what we value most in Italian culture—harmony, openness, and attention to quality.
Rather than literal quotations, we focused on subtle references: a warm colour palette, natural materials, and the use of arches throughout the space as a contemporary interpretation of classical Italian architecture,”- says Katarzyna Majewska-Kremska, the lead designer of the interiors from mode:linaTM.
The aesthetic concept combines olive tones—visible on ceilings, walls, and bespoke furniture—with deep red accents that break the muted base and add character to the interiors. The composition is completed by dark wood, natural stone, and meticulously crafted joinery and lighting details. Together, they create an atmosphere of warmth, quality, and timeless elegance that reflects Italian aesthetics and the company’s cultural values.
Art also plays an important role in the new office. The interiors were designed to incorporate a private art collection, a personal passion of the owners, and a natural complement to the architecture.
“The new headquarters was designed to balance community and individual comfort. The open layout fosters collaboration between the companies, while still offering spaces for focused work. We placed great importance on the quality of materials because we believe that the environment where we spend much of our lives affects not only our performance but also our well-being and the relationships we build,” – adds Joanna Grzemska.
Thoughtful functionality and materials
The architects from mode:linaTM focused on combining functionality with atmosphere. The space is organised into clear zones: from shared team areas and semi-open meeting spaces to private work zones. Work comfort is enhanced by natural light, carefully designed acoustics, and the use of high-quality materials—including warm wood and furniture from renowned Italian manufacturers.
“This project is a great example of how comprehensive coordination translates into high quality and coherence of the final result. Close collaboration with technical teams and our strong on-site
involvement allowed us to refine every detail. Thanks to that, the completed interior fully reflects our design intentions,” – says Patryk Lewinski, responsible for project coordination at mode:linaTM.
The interiors respond to the real needs of the teams while remaining flexible and open to future changes. It is a space designed for co:working, co:creating, and co:experiencing—key design values of mode:linaTM.
